Promotional SMS
Offers, launches and reminders to customers who have agreed to receive them.
Promotional, transactional and OTP messages that reach your customers, sent the way Indian telecom rules require.
SMS is still the most reliable way to reach every phone in India, with no app or internet connection needed. But business SMS is regulated: the telecom regulator (TRAI) requires companies to register on the operators’ DLT platform, register their sender IDs (headers) and register every message template before a message can be delivered. Messages that don’t match a registered template are blocked.
StarNexus sets up your bulk SMS service and connects it to your website, app, CRM or ERP, so messages go out automatically when a customer places an order, books a service or needs a verification code. Our team can guide you through the registration steps. See our guide: What is DLT registration?
